I choose a different display Language, why do somethings not change?
Some parts of the website have been designed with multiple languages in mind to help browsing ease, particularly for important Service information at checkout, privacy, and the online store sections only. This may be expanded at a future date.
When and what new items are going to be added?
There will be more fitness and casual clothing, along with more accessories and designs in time. I will be working with various graphics designers to create some fun new Unicorn art for these.
How is fulfillment of my order handled?
Fulfillment of your order is handled through a third party (Printful) who prints, fulfills and ships Jaycottz products.
Are my products taxed?
Yes, all product prices have tax included in their price in regulation with local Irish tax regulations.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Depending on your region, your country will be classified into different standard shipping costs. Some shipping costs may be higher than others depending on location, such as EFTA states where their environment naturally makes shipping more difficult. Passing a certain threshold will allow you to receive Free Shipping.
Are there any countries you don't ship to because of Covid-19?
We don't ship to the following countries: Angola, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Republic of the Congo, Reunion Island, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Are there any countries you don't ship to at all?
The supplier does not ship to: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria
